Application Form and Instructions for next Serial RPs(Not in effect)

In our community, we host a weekly event where members of our community will partake in a serial RP event. Whenever we do create this event, we usually let our own members select what the theme of each serial is about. This topic is an instruction on how to get involved in a Serial RP event and as well as deciding if you want to pick a theme.

In order to pick a theme, we usually go through a number of steps. Here you will follow the instructions on how we decide on each and every Serial RP theme.

Step 1.
Pick a theme that you enjoy, and consider it in your mind. Make a list of your favourites.

Think of a book idea you have or anything else you preferrably like such as Anime and etc.

Step 2.
Whenever the PREVIOUS final election for the theme have just began. Use one of these application forms and send them to me(Power_of_ghost).

Step 3.
Whenever the previous 4th last final game of the previous theme is finished. All applications will be closed and you will have to wait again. For those people who used form #1, only the first few people who handed in their applications will be accepted. Those people who are late will need to apply for next time.

During this time, Power_of_ghost and other people who wish to help will consider each applications thoroughly and will remove reject any applications using form #2 to limit its number. If a theme is found very common amongst applicants, that theme will be guaranteered to be used and the person with the best detail will be picked. For other themes that are not commonly used , the rejection of theme is based on how thoroughly you filled out the form, and the information in it. All applications using form 2 will be looked, none of them will be ignored unless filled out improperly.

Step 4.
After the previous 3rd last final game is finished, there will be a preliminary voting. Power_of_ghost will pick all the applications who past Step 3. All of the applications will be then placed in a poll and community members will be given a choice to select their top "X" of every applicantion.

The X is a number based on number of total accepted sumbissions.

In the case there isn't sufficent applications to be held in this step, we will go directly into step 5.

Step 5.
After 2nd last game is finished. There will be a final voting, the top X winners of Step 4 will be held in a final poll in where each member can only vote on one theme.

Step 6.
The theme with the highest number of votes will be finalized into next theme whenever the final game of the previous theme is finished.

Other
In the rare case that a theme has less than four games, Power_of_ghost and his helpers will decide on another date instead.
