Forum Structure and Hiearchy

You might've noticed a few charges, primarily the Forum RPs becoming hidden under a "Forum Roleplay". I try to restore it while keeping sub-boards for novels hidden under their select Boards.

So if something drastically changes, know that it's because I'm playing with the administration panel. xD
