If I wanted to rule a world, I would at least want it to have the basic infrastructure of Iran.

Humanity isn't retarded. I'd say we're doing pretty well for what we've accomplished so far. Yes, we've done some stupid shit in the past, but our accomplishments outweigh our retardedness by far.
