i know a trick to help with the fear and maybe overcome it.

close your eyes, and just say none stop, is it done yet. and when they reply Yes its done then you should find it much less stressing. holding someones hand helps also. but its diffrent for everyone. i use to be scared as hell of needles and now i can look them face down and smile at the fact i use to be afriad of such a small thing.
